The provider information on this page identifies the current HoodApp service provider and contact details in accordance with the provider-identification requirements applicable to HoodApp.

Register information: not applicable. The service provider is not entered in a commercial, association, partnership or comparable register.

No VAT identification number (USt-IdNr.) or economic identification number (W-IdNr.) is currently listed for HoodApp. The service provider's personal German tax identification number (Steuer-Identifikationsnummer) is not published here. If a USt-IdNr. or W-IdNr. requiring publication is issued or identified, this notice will be updated.

HoodApp is not currently operated under an activity requiring prior regulatory authorisation within the meaning of section 5(1) no. 3 DDG. The current HoodApp website does not provide journalistically or editorially designed content within the meaning of Section 18(2) MStV.

6. Consumer dispute resolution

The service provider employed no more than ten persons on 31 December of the preceding year and is therefore exempt from the general information duty in section 36(1) no. 1 VSBG under section 36(3) VSBG. Where the statutory requirements of section 68 TKG apply, eligible end users may contact the Schlichtungsstelle Telekommunikation of the Bundesnetzagentur regarding covered telecommunications disputes. Participation in that procedure is voluntary for both parties.

7. Content responsibility

HoodApp is responsible for its own website content in accordance with applicable law.

References to third-party services, infrastructure or external destinations do not by themselves transfer responsibility for third-party content to HoodApp.

External links or third-party integrations are reviewed when introduced. Responsibility for third-party content remains subject to applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

HoodApp branding, software, visual design, graphics and original website content may be protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

Third-party rights remain unaffected.

Use beyond what is permitted by law or by an applicable licence requires the relevant permission.
